Ramsar is located just opposite Babeksar. There used to be a mango grove, where Guru Arjan Dev used to meditate. It was here that Guru Arjan Dev dictated Sri Guru Granth Sahib to Bhai Gurdas. There is a platform where the Guru used to sit. Sukhmani/the Paslm of peace was composed here. There is also a tank.
